Cocaine is the most powerful and illegal drug that comes from the leaves of Coca-Plant in the south America. It has been used thousands of years ago by the peoples in the form of powder or injection. It has huge effect on body as well as disturb the brain activity. Today Cocaine is the most powerful and dangerous drug. Cocaine is illegal in most Islamic Countries. It gives the immediate pleasure. But what exactly is cocaine? Is it a stimulant or a depressant? we need to understand what stimulants and depressants are, how cocaine works in the body, and what effect it has on people who use it.

Stimulant

Stimulant are drugs like (caffeine, nicotine, heroine and cocaine). That feels you make more energetic and awake. They can also increase the heart beat and blood pressure.

Depressant

Depressant have opposite effect to the stimulant. They make you feel cool and relaxed. They lower the heart beat and blood pressure and produced sensation of pleasure. Depressant include ( Sleeping Pills and Drugs)  which are used to treat anxiety or help people sleep.

When a person use cocaine it can be directly dissolve in their blood-Stream and travel through brain.
